What if my claim was already denied?

We can re-inspect and document the damage. A denial is not always the end.

Do you replace the flashing too?

Always, on every full replacement. Old flashing has lived the old roof's life, it gets damaged in the tear-off, and old nail holes never line up with new ones. Reusing it is how leaks are born. We don't take that shortcut.
